Her work with publicly funded services is characterised by her interest to change systems that disadvantage so many members of the community. Russell Jaffe Russell has had a 30-year consulting career, both in Australia and New Zealand. He has specialised in working with community organisations and government agencies, with a particular focus on cross-cultural work, organisational development and program review and evaluation. He currently lives in Melbourne with his wife, with his married children and grandchildren nearby, and undertakes a considerable amount of volunteer work with Aboriginal and African communities alongside his consulting practice.
