Michael Moore is the owner of the Summit Restaurant in Sydney. He has appeared on television for the last eight years throughout Australia, on Mornings with Kerri-Anne on Channel Nine and on the Today Show, Domestic Blitz, Sunrise, The Morning Show. Michael enjoys traveling and had a long standing relationship as guest co-host for Fresh Cooking on Channel Nine. Michael has been reported on and his recipes have appeared in newspapers, radio and magazines such as Vogue Entertaining & Travel, Luxury Traveller Magazine, Gourmet Traveller, O.K! Magazine, Woman's Weekly, Woman's Day and Foxtel Magazine.
