Learn to Draw with Squares

Author(s): Mark Bergin

Children's

Start with a square. Then add two small squares within it, and two circles along its edges. Add a few more lines and curves, and then you'll have your very own car! Creating a mini-masterpiece is easy when you begin with an everyday shape. Any kid can learn to draw with squares! From a rocket to a fish, from a monster to a robot, each project in this exciting and easy-to-use drawing activity book will help kids practice their shapes and learn pen control. After they're through making each picture, kids can wipe the drawing surface clean and start over, improving their techniques and getting more creative each time. Soon their squiggles, zigzags, and squares will be perfect! For extra fun, kids can also try to find Sam the Mouse, a tiny creature made from even more shapes, in the colorful background pictures throughout the book.
