Pat began working in children's publishing more years ago than she cares to remember and is now Editorial Director at Caterpillar Books. As an editor she has worked on titles ranging from atlases to animal pop-ups, craft kits to crazy mazes and sticker books to secret diaries. Carmen Saldana lives in Gijon, a rainy little city in the north of Spain. After studying Arts, she began her career as a graphic designer in advertising agencies before becoming a freelance illustrator focusing on children's books, the field she enjoys the most. Carmen loves furry animals, birds, bugs and everything related to nature, her main source of inspiration.
